SPOILER VARNING för er som inte vill veta något om säsong 4 läs inte vidare...
Anna Paquin says that she will return from Fairyland but that “there’s stuff that’s different.'' Alan confirmed that Sookie’s grandfather Niall (from the books) will not appear this season but will definitely show up some time in a future seasons.
Alan Ball said that “Eric doesn’t know who he is anymore” and that the Viking is desperately lost in season 4. The amnesia storyline is confirmed and although Eric does know he’s a vampire, he doesn’t know much more. He might receive some assistance from a blond fairy to help him remember his life. Alan Ball mentioned that vampires do dream and that there might be some flashbacks from the dearly departed. Alex Skarsgard added that there is an amazing flashback with Eric and Bill. Alexander also mentioned to Alan that he would really like to see some flashback scenes with Eric and Pam. Alan took note!
Sam did confirm that he will find love again this season, he will be bartending again and hopefully he´ll putting aside his bad ways!
Bill and Sookie’s breakup is serious and it will be a very difficult road to bring those two back together. The question was asked if Alan Ball still believed that Bill and Sookie were soul mates. Alan responded that it was very difficult not to see them that way as they are soul mates in real life.
Queen Sophie Anne and Bill Compton’s fight will include one other “person.”
There will be a bunch of new characters, including one played by Gary Cole.
Tara Thornton will be a much stronger person this year and will be more stable.
Bellefleurs: Andy Bellefleur will be experimenting with some of the V at the police station and Terry B and Arlene´s trouble will ¨grow exponentially¨ thanks to Arlene´s evil baby.
Hoyt and Jessica are still together but will face some challenges, ¨all good things eventually come to an end¨ said Deborah Ann Woll.
Tommy just wants to be loved…

True Blood star Rutina Wesley shares, “You’re going to find out where Tara goes, and there’s going to be some happiness for her. It won’t last for long, this is True Blood. It’s a new Tara, and I think the fans are going to like it. She’s not duct-taped, she’s not tied up, she’s got this personal strength and I think it’s really awesome to see her. Sookie (Anna Paquin) and I will have some stuff this season—she’s my best friend, so we’re always going to have little moments. And we’re going to get back to how I felt about Sam Merlotte, finding out that he was a shape shifter, so we are going to have a little moment about that. And I think Lafayette’s (Nelsan Ellis) the only one that knows where I am, and he gives me some great advice.” Hmm…

How about some Jessica-Hoyt scoop? We chatted with Deborah Ann Woll this weekend, and she told us, “[Jessica and Hoyt] ended in a very positive place but obviously that won’t last for long. We definitely pick up with a bit more trouble happening. Bon Temps is a scary place! The first two episodes are very interesting—Jim [Parrack] and I had some really fun stuff to play with like right off the bat. But maybe the first episode is my favorite as of now, just because it is the most varied.” Deborah also told us that Jessica and Bill (Stephen Moyer) grow closer this season, saying, “I think we’re definitely also in a healing stage where he’s finally accepting that he has a progeny, that he has a daughter vampire, and he needs to give me tools to actually survive. So he’s definitely more cooperative and participatory in my growing up."

In an image that has appeared on Facebook. Ball appears with what seems to be a water fairy. A decidedly evil looking water fairy, complete with nasty teeth and pointy ears.
So who is this evil waterlogged fairy then? Calling this as Lochlan (or one of his ilk) seems completely obvious, but boy…that’s who I’m thinking of. Especially after Claudine’s reference last season to the deaths of Sookie’s parents.
Random observation: I am very pleased to see some pointy fairy ears. Even prior to season 3 airing, I was of the opinion that Bill knew Sookie had fairy ancestry when he was originally sent to procure her. Looking at Mr Pointy Ears, this scene in season 1 showing Bill fondling the top of Sookie’s ear over and over, while telling her she doesn’t know how special she is has a certain sense of….foreboding.

Joe Manganiello i PGA Awards

Ausiello: At the Globes, Ryan Kwanten said the sequence in question elicited an “audible gasp at the table read… and for our actors to be shocked at anything is a big deal.” Remember: This has the potential to be as shocking, if not more, than last season’s head-spinning sexscapade between Lorena and Bill. Hmmm…
Question: Enough about Eric/Sookie or Bill/Sookie. Tell me something about True Blood‘s hottest duo, Alcide/Sookie.
Ausiello: I’m 87 percent certain that there will be an Alkie (or is it Soocide?) kiss within the first six episodes of Season 4.

Jason will have to deal with “the highs and lows of being in love”
Speaking to TV Line, Kwanten explained that Jason will have to deal with “the highs and lows of being in love” with Crystal (Lindsay Pulsipher).
“Jason in particular doesn’t seem to pick his female companions too well,” he said. “Crystal turns out to be not what he was expecting. It’s a very rough road.”
He continued: “Plus he’s also now a cop. And if anyone shouldn’t have a gun and shouldn’t have any sense of authority it’s Stackhouse.”

Bill vs. Sophie-Anne: Smackdown!
Episode 12 av säsong 3; det sista vi såg av Bill Compton var när han hade lovat drottning Sophie-Anne att endast en av dem skulle lämna sitt huset den kvällen. Vi såg dem båda hoppa på varandra genom luften innan scenen sluta.
Enligt Evan Rachel Wood, som berättade till Access Hollywood, så kommer scenen återupptas i säsong 4 när vi äntligen får se den verkliga kampen.
Evan Rachel Wood sa att alla True Blood fans kan verkligen förvänta sig en "epic" kamp mellan hennes karaktär, drottning Sophie-Anne, och Bill Compton, när showen återkommer i sommar.
