According to EOnline, Jessica will hook up with the the new character of “Claude” in Season 5. Even though she already has Jason (Ryan Kwanten) and Hoyt (Jim Parrack) fighting for her affections, they report that baby vamp Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) is about to get a new love interest this next season.
So who’s playing Jessica’s new suitor? Here’s what they say…
Giles Matthey

Relative newcomer Giles Matthey is set to recur on True Blood’s upcoming season in the role of Claude, a very attractive and mysterious young man, HBO confirms to us. And yes ladies, the British actor will be putting that accent to good use when he shows up in Bon Temps. Seems like even vampires can’t resist a sexy accent!
Described as “omni-sexual,” Claude catches the attention and curiosity of Jessica and will first appear in episode three of the new season. Fans of The Good Wife may recognize Matthey from his turn as Dick Anders in a recent episode.
Here’s the casting call that was released earlier for the part of Claude:
[CLAUDE] Early 20s. Very attractive, omni-sexual guy (with and without a shirt). A mysterious young man who speaks with a British accent and catches Jessica’s attention and curiosity. Recurring. Must have a British Accent. (41) Possible series regular season 6.

SPOILERS Nya Varulvar
From Deadline: Kelly Overton (The Ring Two) and Louis Herthum (The Last Exorsism) have landed major recurring roles on the HBO vampire drama True Blood. Overton has been booked for six episodes and Herthum has been tapped for five.
Overton, repped by Innovative Artists, will play a dirty, beautiful werewolf named Rikki who demands to know what’s become of the pack leader. Herthum, repped by Main Title and Progressive Artists, will play a particularly large Marine-type werewolf who refuses to bow down before the new pack leader.
Another new werewolf has been cast for True Blood Season 5. Dale Dickey (who was mostly known for her roles on My Name is Earl and Winter’s Bone) has been cast as Annie, the mother of dead wolfpack leader Marcus.
Powerful and respected within the pack due to her late son’s position, Annie is determined to perform a particular ritual. Might said ritual involve making Alcide pay for whacking her demon spawn? Dickey is set to recur throughout True Blood's upcoming fifth season.

Casting News: Nora - Eric Northman’s Sister Is Cast
Den brittiska skådespelerskan Lucy Griffiths har fått rollen som Nora i säsong 5 av True Blood
Described as being a beautiful and intelligent woman who plays a double agent within the Vampire Authority, Nora not only has a big history with Eric, she’s his sister! Nora will be a series regular and might even show a little skin, probably not as often as her brother Eric, but I sense nobody has any issue with that!
In addition to being intelligent, intimidating, cool under pressure and a very good liar, Nora loves Eric deeply (them both being Godric’s progeny), but she’s dedicated her life to a higher purpose.
Det är tvillingar som spelar Arlenes baby Mikey
Did you know that baby Mikey, the baby that Arlene thought might be evil, was played by 17 month old twin boys? He was played by Grant and Wyatt Ollivier and they were seen in Season 4 of True Blood. Oftentimes, Hollywood will use twins because of the restrictions on the time that children are permitted to be on camera. It makes it easier to use twins to allow for double the time.
When we saw Mikey everyone thought he was the cutest baby, and wondered how could he possibly be evil. It was good to find out that he wasn’t the evil child Arlene worried he would be.
In the article below, Grant and Wyatt’s mother, Ann Ollivier talks about how great the cast and crew are and how they do such a good job to make sure the kids are not exposed to anything they shouldn’t. She says, “It’s kind of overkill, but they do protect the kids.“

Svar Från True Blood Set
Gianna från 'inside true' frågar några frågor till dem som jobbar inom True Blood serien:
Gianna: What is your title and what is your job on set?
Dave: My job is most commonly referred to as “Video Assist,” but “Video Engineer” and “Video Playback Operator” are also used. ”Assisting” the director throughout the filming process is what it’s all about. The crux of my job is to always have every take of every episode shot to date for immediate reference on set… This might mean simply making sure via playback that the performance was indeed what was desired, or sometimes it is for matching purposes to decide what a complimentary shot needs to be. Also, when visual effects sequences are being filmed, I provide the ability to line up multiple camera passes… for instance, when a character morphs into something less, human. In order for this to happen, I manage a few carts of modified computers, monitors, routers and other quirky gadgetry. At one cart sit the director, writer and producers to observe the exact live camera framing of the shots as they occur a few feet away. I meanwhile sit at my own cart and make sure I don’t miss anything! As the camera shoots film, that image is simultaneously split into a video ‘tap’ that I get my feed from. I also get an audio feed from the Sound Mixer and in fair trade, send the Sound Mixer an image from each camera.
Gianna: True Blood shoots a lot of nights… What’s that like?
Dave: To be completely honest, I don’t feel that we shoot any more nights than most normal features. When a scene in the script starts with EXT Night: well, you’re pretty much in for an all nighter… but frequently night scenes take place indoors, which means ON STAGE. I can hardly think of a film that doesn’t have night scenes, but then again, this is a vampire show, so perhaps we do have just a “few” more night scenes. It’s honestly not that bad though, because we have a truly outstanding crew and besides… True Blood always provides something different!
Gianna: Where are you shooting right now?
Dave: Right now we are at a practical location in Hancock Park, and surprisingly during the day!
Gianna: Anything you can share with us about the scene that’s up?
Dave: It makes me cringe a bit and of course has a lot of blood in it.
Gianna: Any particularly fond memories from the set?
Dave: We had a scene late last season in which someone gets beheaded. During that, we had a VFX element to shoot… this one being a thick splat of blood on the floor. Sounds simple enough, just fill a balloon with fake blood and throw it on the floor, right? Apparently they used a pretty thick balloon as it took about fifteen throws to get the poor thing to finally break. It became comical to the point that I put a video loop up on the screens of a spinning head.
Gianna: Team Eric or Team Bill?
Dave: Undecided… I need to learn each one’s true motivation.

10 saker du inte visste om Carrie Preston
Förut fick vi en lista med 10 saker vi inte visste om Deborah Ann Woll. Nu har vi fått ännu en lista men denna gång 10 saker om Carrie Preston som spelar Arlene i True Blood.
1. Her husband, Michael Emerson, played Ben Linus on Lost! This is some major geek-fest news for all you Lost fans out there — and it only gets better. Not only is Carrie married to the leader of “The Others,” but she also appeared on Lost as Ben’s mother! Wow, we can’t even imagine all the mommy issues that made their way into the bedroom after that scene….
2. Her red locks are faker than the Kardashian sisters’ boobs. Sorry to disappoint, but Carrie’s natural hair color is not red. This beauty is a blondie, so she sported a wig for the first three seasons of True Blood! But she finally decided to take the plunge and dye her locks for Season 4, an experience she said was liberating. “It’s fun being a redhead,” Carrie told us in our exclusive interview.
3. She started her own production company at just 12 years old. In her front yard. But still, a harbinger of things to come — and way cuter than a bunch of random kids over-charging you at their lemonade stand. These days, Carrie co-owns Daisy 3 Pictures — a big-kid production company with a little kid name!
4. She was on Law and Order: Criminal Intent three times! We all know Law and Order recycles actors like empty bottles, but really? Three times? Carrie played a depressed mom who kills her kids (don’t get any ideas, Arlene), a crazy housewife who kills her husband, and an innocent victim who gets infected with an animal virus and drops dead. It all sounds very True Blood.
5. She’s fashionable! Carrie is a girl’s girl through and through, and she has some major fashion don’ts to impart to her fans: No short-shorts and no thong-bikinis. OMG, what are we gonna do without our thongs and booty shorts?! Dang, guess we’ll have to break out our belly shirts and tramp stamps instead.
6. She’s dying to do a scene with Eric! Carrie says, “I think seeing Arlene square off with Eric in some kind of strange debate about vampire rights would be hilarious and scary.” Please, we all know she just want to marvel at Eric’s hot bod up-close and personal. You’re not fooling anyone, Carrie.
7. She’s nothing like Arlene. Carrie and Arlene might both be from the South (Carrie hails from Macon, Georgia), but the similarities stop there. Carrie’s says, “I mean I’m not anything like Arlene. Nothing.” So wait, Carrie doesn’t have a spray tan and an evil baby living inside her? So bummed.
8. If she could be any super natural on True Blood, she’d be a shapeshifter! We can totally see Arlene morphing into an animal — specifically a high strung Chihuahua or maybe a pink bow-wearing Poodle. You know, something with long nails.
9. She went to Julliard! Carrie honed her skills at the best acting school in the country — it’s no wonder she’s such a hot commodity! They must have one stellar class in “The History of Fang-Banging.”
10. She’s a director. Talk about multi-talented! Carrie just finished directing That’s What She Said, a Sex and the City-esque film starring Anne Heche. Look out for it in theaters this summer!
